All standard vacation rental stays at Stable Waters have the option to enhance their visit with access to our saloon-inspired shop bar & gathering space.

For a daily add-on fee, enjoy extra room to relax, connect, and spread out. It’s the perfect setting to watch the big game, play indoor corn hole, store bikes or an ATV out of the elements, kennel non-indoor hunting dogs, keep extra food and beverages, and create a little more breathing room for your group.

*This add-on is available for groups of up to 15 total guests. Any increase beyond the originally disclosed guest count at booking must receive prior management approval.

**Please note: This add-on provides access to the Saloon Shop gathering space only. It is not an “event package”, does not include luxury outhouse rental or event tables/chairs rental, & does not include full-grounds event use or permission for tents, inflatables, or lawn installations.

Whether you're gathering 20 guests or hosting 450, our Special Events Packages are intentionally designed as a full experience — not your average quick in-and-out venue rental.

Saloon Inspired Shop Bar / Prep Area


This one-of-a-kind space is consistently a guest favorite — and for good reason. It can serve as the primary gathering area for small events, a comfortable flex space for larger celebrations, or a spacious staging and prep hub to support your outdoor event.
The shop features a saloon-style bar (bar service not included), a relaxed living-room lounge area, and a commercial refrigerator so you can conveniently store and prep food and beverages on-site.

Outdoor Natural Grounds Event Space & Flexibility to Customize

Celebrate on the lush grounds in the open air, or opt for a graceful tent (rented separately)… the panoramic views, sprawling lawn, pond, wooded lanes, & meadow where our stable horses graze create a magnificent backdrop in every season.
Our outdoor grounds provide ample room to host your small or large event for up to 450 guests.

Stable Waters natural grounds offers the flexibility for you to create a personalized experience that reflects your unique style and vision: a blank canvas for you to unleash your creativity and bring your wedding dreams to life. With no predefined vendor restrictions, you have the freedom to tailor every aspect of your event to suit your preferences. The possibilities are endless.

Stable Waters House

Every package includes exclusive accommodations at Stable Waters House, our comfortable vacation home right on site. This is a wonderful accommodations option for visiting friends or family, out of town colleagues, or a private staycation for the hosts. The house can also simply act as a private & quiet place for the hosting team to get ready & retreat to before and after the event.
* 4 bedroom [5 bed] 2 bath, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, laundry, outdoor porch & patio, wifi, & more
** not to be used for broad guest access - access limited to wedding party & staying guests. Additional night(s) stays may be added on pending availability.

In construction - will be completed & ready for use summer 2026. 4 stalls (each completely private & lockable), including one ADA stall with infant changing table. Unlike standard portable toilets, our premium restroom trailer offers a "just-like-home" experience with high-end finishes, climate control, and full-size amenities.

Our gravel parking lot located on the ( side) of the property can accommodate up to 80 guest vehicles when parked properly.

A lovely extra ambiance detail for the evening - your guests can spend a cozy moment by the fire or you can create your own s’more bar!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our saloon-inspired shop bar offers a cozy, heated indoor space that comfortably accommodates up to 40-50 seated guests. The remainder of the barn houses horse stables.

    For larger gatherings, we recommend renting a tent. We offer a 30’x50’ high-pole tent available in-house (see our ‘A la Carte’ rentals), or we can connect you with trusted local vendors for larger or alternative tent options.

  • We do not have tables & chairs included in large event packages or available to rent {yet} in house, but we can recommend vendors for this!

    **We can provide tables & chairs with SMALL EVENT packages - guest count must be provided at booking.

  • Stable Waters is pet friendly.
    With an additional pet fee, your furry bestie can stay at Stable Waters House (or stables/pasture for horses) for the duration of your stay.
    There is no pet fee charged if your pet(s) are only staying for pictures & leaving - but they must be leashed, monitored, & cleaned up after the entirety of their time on the property.

  • Stable Waters is BYO bar service.
    If you supply all of your alcohol for free to your guests (no money is exchanged), you do not need to hire a licensed bar service.

  • Yes! Stable Waters is BYO Catering.
    We do not have required vendor limitations. You can hire a local catering service, bring in a food truck, or supply the food yourself!
